How to renew business license
Step 1 of 4 – Access the licensing portal
You will need your username and password to login.
Note: if you are in your individual account, you will need to switch to the business account.
If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the login screen.
Step 2 of 4 – Submit the renewal application
- Create a new application by choosing the “Business Renewal” option.
- Fill out all required fields and attestations.
- Important: Review and update your business’s primary and secondary contacts under the Contacts tab, if necessary.
- Upload required documents:
- Confirmation of completing the most recent Diversity Report from CROO
- Environmental Impact Report (if applicable to your business license type)
- Power of Attorney (POA Form) (if applicable)
- Other relevant documents (as applicable)
- Pay the renewal fee
- Payment options:
- E-check (no additional fee)
- Credit Card (includes a processing fee)

Note: Craft Growers and Infuser licensees may be eligible for a quarterly installment payment option
- Submit the application
- Ensure all information and documents are complete before submission.
Step 3 of 4 - Notification Updates
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your renewal.
If your application is rejected, the email will include the reason(s) for rejection.
Address the issue(s) and resubmit your application through the portal.
Step 4 of 4 - Download your Renewed License
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with login instructions.
Return to the portal to download and print your renewed license.
