Cannabis Business Licensing & Agent Credentialing

The Department utilizes a secure, web-based licensing and registration portal known as NIC Licensing Solutions (“NLS”). Through NLS cannabis businesses can apply for licenses (when available), submit renewals, and update their business information. The system also allows cannabis agents, principal officers, and owners to apply for identification cards, complete renewals, and manage their information.
