METRC (Seed-to-Sale Solution) All licensed cannabis businesses in Illinois are required to use the state’s seed-to-sale tracking system to monitor cannabis products throughout the entire supply chain—from cultivation and manufacturing to transport, testing, and retail sales. 

NLS* (Agent Credentialing and Business Licensing/Registration) Cannabis businesses and their associated agents in Illinois utilize the Division of Cannabis Regulation’s web-based portal to submit applications, renew licenses/IDs, and maintain critical information. Business product registrations and vehicle registrations are also completed and maintained through the portal.
