About
The Division of Cannabis Regulation has created the Bureau of Cannabis Testing (BCT) to ensure the safety of cannabis products sold to the citizens in the state of Illinois. State of Illinois Cannabis Reference Laboratory will be ensuring the accuracy and reliability of safety testing and potency data on the product labels.
Laboratory applications can be submitted online through the Department’s Licensing and Registration Portal. New users will be required to create a portal account prior to submitting an application for approval.
