2022 Transporter Applications

The Department of Agriculture has posted the 2022 Transporter Application. Applications must be mailed to the Department at the addressed provided in the instructions, and postmarked by April 6, 2022. There is also a Question and Answer page ("FAQ") for the 2022 Transporter Application. Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the FAQ.

Individuals or entities that previously applied for a Transporter license and did not receive an eligibility notice can reapply now, using parts or all of their prior application, if they so choose. The application instructions contain more detail about that option, as well as information about how to submit the application.

Applicants that applied for a Transporter license in 2020 and received a notice of eligibility have until August 15, 2022 to accept their license; they do not need to apply for a 2022 license.
