Operational Extension Application Notice for Craft Grower Group 1

Craft Growers awarded an initial license with effective dates August 1, 2021 - July 31, 2022, and who did not become operational prior to the previously announced blanket deadline of August 1, 2025, now have an extended opportunity to submit an operational extension application by June 30, 2026.  See attached for additional information and a copy of the extension application.

If licensees fail to submit operational extension applications, the Department may issue hearing notices for license revocations.
