Legacy Product Update Deadline Extended

The Department established a 01 July 2025 deadline for updates to “Legacy” Product Registrations via the NLS Portal (i.e. for Product Registrations originally submitted via paper transactions). Feedback from the industry indicates a widespread requirement for additional processing time. The Department acknowledges the various operational constraints that have precluded Legacy Product Registration update completion within the established timeframe, and hereby grants a 120-day extension. Please make every effort to complete Legacy Product Registration updates no later than close of business Friday, 31 October 2025.
