Adult Use 2022 Cannabis Transporter Application Review Complete

On January 19, 2023, the Department sent Cannabis Transporter Award Notices to applicants who applied for a transporter license in spring 2022.  Licenses were awarded to 33 transporter applicants.  The remaining Spring 2022 Transporter applicants that did not receive an award will be issued a deficiency notice the week of January 23, 2023.  Applicants that receive a deficiency notice will have 10 calendar days to respond to the notice by providing the additional information required to either complete the application or provide documentation that will allow the applicant to achieve a minimum score of 750 points.
